Raven-Symone Thinks Caitlyn Jenner Is Moving "Too Fast"

Opinions are like assholes. Everyone's got one, and I once had mine bleached.

Caitlyn Jenner has been all up in the news this week for her acclaimed new docu-series, I Am Cait, which has been educating viewers about transgender issues. Raven-Symone appears to have been riding the crazy train lately and decided to chime in with her two cents of disapproval.

"When I came out, I didn't go and go all hardcore and be like, I'm going to save the world for LGBT," The View host commented on Monday's episode of the show. "You've got to learn it. you've got to learn it first, and she's not, really."

Symone, 29, came out in 2013 and is in a relationship with a woman but does not identify herself as lesbian or bisexual. Instead, she prefers to be known as a human who loves humans.

While I respect everybody's opinion, this one is total mishegas. Here's the T: Caitlyn Jenner has displayed an incredible amount of bravery in being so open about her transition and personal struggle in accepting her own identity. I think it's bad news when we can't support one another in the gay community and feel the need to take jabs just because we don't completely understand one fragment of our community.

Now, I'm in no way an expert on trans issues, but here's one thing I know for sure: Don't hate it because you don't understand it, Raven.
